Meet The Face Behind Springwind Immigration Consulting Service Inc.
I’m Longzhen (Jenny) Lin, the proud owner of Springwind Immigration Consulting Service Inc.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
After graduating with a Master of Law degree from China, I immigrated to Canada as a skilled worker in 2003. During the immigration process, I faced many challenges, which I felt could have been avoided if I had assistance.
My experience inspired me to help others realize their dream of immigrating to Canada by finding the most suitable immigration pathway. Whether it was helping women flee domestic violence or empowering people to study and work abroad, I was on a mission.
Consequently, I obtained a master’s degree in Immigration and Settlement Studies at Ryerson University. After completing my course, I got a job as an immigration and refugee counselor for YWCA Toronto.
During this period, I liaised with top lawyers to help many refugees with applications for migration on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. We achieved a success rate of eighty percent.
Subsequently, after ten years of gaining valuable experience, I obtained my license as a regulated Canadian immigration consultant and launched my immigration firm in 2018.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed that the business is proliferating, and my revenue has tripled. My growth has come from building excellent connections, and my focus has been on the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program, Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program, and Family Reunification Program.
I take pride in each type of case scenario, and my philosophy is to treat every client’s file as if it is my own. I know first-hand how much a positive or negative decision can affect an immigrant’s life, so I always work conscientiously.
I also work with integrity, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty. Besides, I seek professional collaborations with ethical partners so that we can learn from each other and use our core competencies to achieve more.
My strong leadership and advocacy skills give me an excellent understanding of immigration legislation. So I meticulously research relevant case law, and based on my findings, I submit letters to the immigration authorities on my clients’ behalf, which proves successful.
As a result, when I receive positive comments from clients thanking me for what I did for them, it fills me with immense satisfaction.
When I’m not assisting clients, my favorite hobby is running. I run three times per week for at least three kilometers, which gets my adrenaline pumping.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
