What is MPNP-IES – Career Employment Pathway?
The MPNP- International Education Stream- Career Employment Pathway is targeted for post-secondary graduates in Manitoba who have a long-term job offer here in an in-demand occupation consistent with their training.
What are the requirements of the Career Employment Pathway?
To meet the minimum requirements, applicants must:
- have graduated in the past 3 years from a designated post-secondary institution in Manitoba from a minimum one year (two semesters), full-time coursework.
- reached CLB7 on English or NCLC 7 on French.
- have a full-time job offer from an eligible Manitoba employer, with a minimum 1 year contract on Manitoba’s In-Demand Occupation. The job must be consistent with your completed program of studies in Manitoba. You must be working full-time in Manitoba at the time your application is assessed.
- show the intent to continue to reside in Manitoba permanently, including the submission of a Career Employment Plan demonstrating opportunities for a successful career track in Manitoba.
