The Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) is the province of Newfoundland and Labrador (NL)’s economic immigration program. Through the NLPNP, the government of NL can select and nominate qualified candidates to work and live in NL permanently. The NLPNP assists employers in hiring international workers to meet the local labour market need. NLPNP has economic, social, demographic, cultural benefits to the province of NL.
