Employer-sponsored immigration

OINP Employer Job Offer is a collection of immigration streams under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) operated by the province of Ontario. Applications made under these streams are processed outside the federal Express Entry system. Ontario Employer Job Offer encompasses three immigration streams targeting foreign nationals who have secured valid job offers from qualifying employers in the province.
