The Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot is a community and employer-driven program. It is designed to spread the benefits of economic immigration to smaller communities by creating a path to permanent residence for international students and skilled foreign workers who want to work and live in one of the participating communities.

OUR SERVICE Springwind Immigration works with recruitment agencies and have built connections with employers participating in RNIP. We have also partnered with major universities and colleges in those communities. We will thoroughly assess your educational background, work experiences, language capabilities, etc. to choose the right stream for you and help you find the employer that best suits your needs and qualifications. We will then lead you and your employer through the complex application process and help with the documentation.
