What is SINP-In-SK-Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit sub-category?

The SINP- Saskatchewan Experience (In-SK) – Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit sub-category is for skilled workers who have been working in Saskatchewan for at least six months on a valid work permit. After being nominated, the applicants can apply to the federal government to become Permanent Residence.

What are the requirements of this sub-category?

The applicant must:

  • have a permanent full-time job offer from a Saskatchewan employer. The job must be in NOC 0, A or B, or in a designated trade in Saskatchewan. For details of eligible occupations, please contact Springwind Immigration Consulting Service at 647-748-0188.
  • have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter
  • have worked more than 6 months for the employer offering you the job, with a valid work permit. The job offer must be for the same career you have been working for the past 6 months.
  • If your job offer is in a NOC C occupation, you must have at least a language test score of CLB 4.
  • can show you are eligible for Saskatchewan licensure if your occupation is regulated in Saskatchewan.
